How do I Find & be Found by Customers Online?

We have already spent most of our online marketing dollars for this year and my failed online website can not be found. Help!

We are headed in the right direction. I feel like we are still nowhere. What specifically do you recommend that I do to move my failed (so far) website along and find our niche client?

Our niche client is a wealthy babybommer women. Our custom product is high-end handmade clothing accessories, shawls and wraps, designer scarves, evening shawls, evening wraps, headwraps, wedding wrap, capelet, bridal wraps, evening cape, wedding shawl, fur wrap, faux fur wraps, gold, and gemstone embelishments adorningso and more. Our product is out of reach for the majority of the lower middle class. We are creating an exclusive custom brand for the wealthier client. We have a craigslist budget. Our clients are not anywhere to be found on craigslist!

I am still a beginner at the whole online marketing thing, but I have to get good at it and fast since it is my goal to move the company to Mexico this September. This is the specific information I need, because you can waste allot of time and $$ shooting in the dark online, as we have already done.
